Rock Tops Fabrication

The WORST. They do not even deserve one star. We selected expensive calacatta marble for our renovations and we approved the layouts before they were installed. They decided to swap out slabs from what we approved and we ended up with what can only be described as a Rorschach drawing behind our oven. So we called them and told them this is not acceptable. They agreed to carefully remove the pieces and save them so we could use those pieces plus the LAST remaining slab to correct their mistakes. I went to Rocktops to review layouts with them and asked them where the leftover pieces were that they removed. They then told me they were lost. LOST. REALLY? So we only had one remaining slab to work with then. We approved the revised layouts. They came to install and they were not what we approved. Now I have to live with a ridiculous pattern on my kitchen backsplash. Thanks Rocktops.
