Excellent service from beginning to end. Elena is genuine, professional and truly passionate about her work. We were referred to her through a pool construction company we hired. We hired Simple Steps to provide us with tile for our pool. Appointment was very easy to make. Showroom is gorgeous with lots of samples to view as well as the opportunity to create your own tile sheet. She has so many beautiful colors to choose from. The day of our appointment, we went with our daughter. Elena catered to her with fun put-the-tile-on-the-grid activity, which my daughter loved. She was even able to bring home a heart she created with tiles of many different colors. We designed our own tile sheet with beautiful colors to go with our home decor. Our tile sheets were ready when promised. Elena kept us in the loop every step of the way. Delivery was also prompt and the quality of the tile is high. It's hard to find good quality service in Miami. Elena deliver superior customer satisfaction. Should we decide on anymore tile work in future, she will be our first choice.
