Tithof Tile & Marble did an amazing job on my master bath granite countertop! I had no idea what natural stone we wanted to complete our project, but their sales and design teams were incredibly helpful narrowing down our decision. We ended up going with Brown Fantasy granite which looks wonderful and accents our sinks beautifully. I never felt pressured, or that I was being cheated. Truly an exceptional experience with quality materials.

Roberts Construction did our remodel, hiring Tithof Tile and Marble for the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a fireplace surround. We used marble, quartzite, Rookwood tile, mosaic tile, slate, glass tile and other materials. Brook Cumorich and her team were thoughtful and understanding. Brook has a sharp sense of color and design. They were flexible when we changed our minds. The installers were artists. The end result makes us smile every day.

Titof tile recently installed new marble on my fireplace. They responded quickly, gave reasonable quotes, and were very professional. I never had to wait for a response or for quotes. They made sure to send me to look at product near my home as well. The installers did a fantastic job. They were neat, quick, and their work was wonderful. I felt so comfortable, that I left them to do the work when I wasn't there. The whole job actually came in less than my insurance quote too. I was extremely happy with the whole experience!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Salesperson was knowledgeable and spent significant time helping us consider our material options for the new fireplace hearth. We had a large number of large slabs of granite to select from. When we decided to go with a granite they did not have in stock, they ordered it. The installation was perfect, from measuring, installation and finishing. This is a very excellent company with very skilled and knowledgeable staff. We are extremely happy with the results (see photos of before and after).

The entire experience with Tithof from start to finish was excellent. They have a very large selection of stone in all price ranges, so we were able to find a beautiful piece that fit our budget. In fact, Tithof was the first store we went to, and we were so impressed that we didn't look any place else. The design process was amazing and high tech. They measured our oddly shaped kitchen with laser devices, then laid out pictures of our actual stone on their computer, allowing us to see the placement of the various pieces to match the patterns for the best look. The day of installation, they arrived on time, were courteous, took extra precautions to protect our natural wood floors, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The quality of the finishing and installation is superb. The kitchen is gorgeous, and we have received many compliments from family and friends. The best part of working with Tithof, though, was our interaction with their sales consultant, Mary Beth. who has an exceptional focus on customer satisfaction. She treated us as if we were her friends, not just her customers.

I worked with Brook for several months on a fireplace surround redo, resurfacing my kitchen island countertop, replacing wood with tile in my center hallway and renovating a powder room. I found Brook to be an exceptional resource. She made suggestions along the way. Even helped me with tile that I ended up buying from another supplier. She even made a house call to my home to get an idea of the scale and feel of my projects. She was always attentive, responsive and never made me feel like she was trying to upsell me. In fact I made several changes after I began and in some cases it saved me money and in others it was more but she helped me stay within my budget. Her fabricator Bret and his team were exceptional as well and the person I worked with in billing, Heather, was the consummate professional. I've worked with about 5 different contractors and subs in the renovating my home. I'd choose Tithof tile again any day.

John Tithof and I have worked together for over 30 years on projects ranging from smaller re-designs to major renovations, new homes and office furnishings. The quality of the work is superior.
