“TailorCraft has impressed us with their professionalism, quality and reasonable pricing over and over. We are on our second project with them, Rick and Aaron are knowledgable and responsive, and their crew is terrific. Our first project involved a floor to roof remodel of an old beach cottage, there were many unknowns when we started and lots of choices to be made along the way. TailorCraft consistently took the high road and helped us figure out how to make good choices, our home will easily last for another 75 years. I have worked with many contractors before, and there is often a moment where a lazy choice or a go cheap choice is made, that never happened with TailorCraft. The subs they used were also terrific, and we will use them again for general maintenance as needed. Our first job was finished on time and our current job looks like it will be too. Costs were reasonable and well explained, their online system for communication keeps all the details in one place and they always return phone calls. Thank you TailorCraft!”

“Working with Nehemiah Construction was an amazing experience. The owner was professional, active throughout the whole project and easy to communicate with. He was especially helpful in helping me choose a hardwood floor. The way he helped me understand what was best was an art form. He wasn’t pushy, just knowledgeable. I get so many complements on my hardwood floors to this day.”

“We worked with Gail to design our house in Annapolis. She was very professional and listened to our ideas to create that unique feel for our home. im very pleased with her work - materials she used (paint) was not toxic, and her design was very intuitive. I can say that our renovated home has that great energy flow feel. We love it and our dogs live it too!!! Hopefully will work with Gail on our house in Florida too!!!! Thank you, Julia and Ron”

“Greg from Hammer Contractors was one of the best I've worked with. We have not actually started the work yet, but he gave great information and outlined the steps involved in getting it done. He was punctual, and always followed up with an email to check the status of my talks with the bank. He was always respectful and actually listened to us. “Karen at Transforming Architecture was reccoemnded by my real estate agent as she had done work on his home. At our first meeting she gave us an idea of the scope of the projects she has accomplished and the fee structure. She really listened to our ideas and concerns for our kitchen renovation. Karen presented 3 visions for our renovation, one with exactly what we asked for and then two other options. The third design presented involved moving our kitchen and creating an open floor plan. This was beyond anything we could have imagined o our own and made the best use of the space and our renovation dollars. We are currently under construction but Karen is readily available to answer questions and make edits to the design. It is a pleasure to work with her and I can't wait to see her vision come to fruition.”

“Jeff is a gifted architect. His sense of proportion, light and color is outstanding. I love the unique details that have given our home distinctive character and charm. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local architectural vernacular styles of our area and that informs his work in a soulful way. Jeff was also great with developing a narrative that guided us in our vision and reigned us in when we faced too many choices. Jeff designed our original shingle style home in 1993 which I am happy to say seems timeless in it's clean, open design. He then did the design of our significant remodel of kitchen, family room in 2015.”

“My name is Amy Gardner, and I have worked with Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen & Bath on various projects since 2004, beginning with a complete remodel and addition to her own house. We worked collaboratively on all aspects of her project. Since that time, we have done many projects together. Jennifer is a great design talent, merging her facility with being able to design in any style with her extraordinary knowledge of and insights into the "mechanics" of great kitchen design. She is a nimble designer, able to work with clients and their goals on their terms. One of the more remarkable things about Jennifer is her ability to think "on the spot", reviewing options during even the first consultation with a client. She and her design and management staff deliver service from the conceptual beginnings of a project, all the way through the design and construction phases of a project, working with clients and design team members in a collaborative manner. I highly recommend Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen & Bath!”
