“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. We were so pleased with Nathan that we only considered Evolutionary Homes as a contractor to build a workshop / detached garage in 2019.”

“I was referred to Rhino Design Build by a long-time friend, and the job was to restore a masonry store front that had been damaged by a vehicle. Danny produced a common-sense solution that should have produced a rapid completion. The City of San Antonio required extra professional evaluations and modernization that was beyond the repairs and involved extra costs. He dealt with these extra requirements and the job was completed in a reasonable time, even with the extra work and extra specialty reports that the City required. I was pleased with the jobs performed. The property was in escrow to be sold when this happened, and no problems resulted.”

“Ben was outstanding throughout the entire process of my home being built. At no time did I feel like I was out of the loop. I was extremely well informed throughout the entire build. His attention to detail is second to none. My home turned out better than I could have imagined. I won’t hesitate to use him again when the time comes to do it again. “After 34 years of marriage and many moves we were finally ready to put down roots and build our forever home and we are so happy that Troy and Lisa Parker agreed to partner with us on this project! They were an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, professional and organized. They have a good working relationship with their high quality and reputable subcontractors and there is a commitment to excellence throughout the building process. Both Troy and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sheer volume of details/decisions that go into building a custom home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Troy and Lisa are always calm and focused- you know you are in good hands. Our house had a number of challenging custom features, e.g., old doors, custom vent hood, reclaimed beams, vintage beadboard wall- Troy and Lisa worked closely with us always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result. They are a great team with Troy's experience and knowledge of the industry and Lisa's strong organizational skills keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and managing the budget. We are thrilled with our beautiful home and feel so blessed that we get to live here. Troy and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone considering building or remodeling.”

Their knowledge and expertise were exactly what we needed. We fell in love with one of their floor plans and we were able to make it our own, tweaking, and getting it just right. It is almost complete and is breathtaking. I am very pleased with the entire Diamante crew and can't wait to enjoy the beautiful custom home that they have made possible. “We shopped around for many custom builders in San Antonio TX before deciding on using Stone Creek. This home was our 3rd that we have built, but our first custom home on a piece of land we had and we really knew nothing about the process. We were both scared and knew this would be our last home so we wanted everything to be perfect. What originally had us leaning towards Stone Creek was their laid back attitudes and them not trying to push more house on us than we could afford. We had a budget and when we came in over they made multiple suggestions on how to obtain the same effect but for less money. They were always willing to work with us when we went rogue and picked out items at places other than what they suggested we go to. If we had concerns or questions throughout the project they were always willing to answer them (and we had a lot), and any construction issues we noticed along the way were always addressed quickly. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of designer help we received along the way. Stone Creek provides 10 hours of design consultation of which we used about 2, got no where and then picked everything out on our own, without receiving any credit for the time we didn't use. A lot of that was more than likely due to us and our own thoughts on what we wanted, but a good designer should be able to take those and work with you to achieve your desired end result which didn't happen. Ultimately Stone Creek did give us our dream home, we had ups and downs along the way as will always happen throughout the building process, mostly because it is such an emotional thing to go through, but we couldn't be happier with our home, and recommend Stone Creek to others who are looking to build every chance we get! Thank you Stone Creek for giving us a home that is more than we could have ever dreamed of!”
