I will never recommend CA Closets to anyone. They take the order they don't verify it and even when you pay, they don't check if everything is that the representative is correct with you. That's why errors happens and poor management service. And then they blame the customer for the mistakes. And of course, is the customers fault they don't make mistakes. !!!!!!!!

We live in Tampa and the local California team did an OUTSTANDING job!! The HIGH quality design, craftsmanship and installation is simply FIRST CLASS and worth every penny!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First reached out to California Closets on 7/6/22. It's now 1/18/23 and the job still isn't done. Here is the last communication I received from them on 12/1/22. Hi XXXXX, I am so very sorry to hear about your experience with us. I can tell you that your specific issue is not normal for our customers. I see your first installation date was with our installer ZZZZZ on 9/26/22-9/30/22 and we are waiting on several special-order items. I will do what I can to get an estimated date of delivery from the vendors and schedule you for a completion service date. I am committed to ensure your project is completed as soon as possible and that you are updated on the status of your project along the way. Please feel free to contact me any time. I will update you weekly with the status of your project. Thank you so much, YYYYYYY I haven't received a single update from them since. The work is not finished after a failed original install. (No doors on my cabinets, no finishing, shelves not flush with wall or ceiling, etc.) Project Complete data that I am required to enter to submit this review is not accurate. The project is anywhere from complete.

Do not use this company. We spent 9K on our pantry in July 2021 and they came out in start the install in Nov.. The guy left after one day and only half finished the install claiming all the parts were not in. He installed the wrong pieces, the countertops were not cut properly, doors don’t line up and it’s Dec and we still have not heard when they will return to finish install and correct many flaws. The company will not answer my emails. Do not use California Closets. I’m going blast every review service can access and hire a lawyer.

I would not use them. They tore up my floor and ruined my baseboards. They don’t keep you informed and the work and quality was terrible. When attempting to contact corporate they just sent my messages to the local branch. It took me getting irate to get corporate to take notice and then there was communication. However after 3 tries still not right and we are going to fix ourselves

Very dissatisfied with service I'm receiving from California Closets here in Boston. Having closets installed in my master bedroom and laundry room. Initial installation (on June 20 and 21) stalled due to a missing part or something that wasn't fabricated correctly. Part was supposedly ordered and final installation was set for yesterday (July 11). Workers came but did almost no work and now I'm being told the installation won't be complete until August 5! All of this is unacceptable and what makes it infuriating is that this is holding up other work I'm having done on my house. Barring satisfactory resolution (i.e. installation completion this coming week) I will not recommend CC to anyone.

My demo was the first week of August and my job isn't done yet. Its the first week of November and I found out today that the work scheduled for tomorrow will not be done.

California Closets was used to replace an existing bedroom closet with a more functional closet. Lili Smith the designer for California Closets was great. She was very involved in every step of the project and made sure the project went smoothly. She referred a competent contractor to us for the tear-out of the existing closet and coordinated the work with the contractor and California Closets so the job went smoothly.

California Closets has installed a Master closet, a home office and a storage cabinet. All of them have been wonderful and truly maximize the space I have. Thanks!
