Having been in business for 23 years, we have always strived to provide an outstanding customer experience and maintain a good reputation. We certainly are not accustomed to this type of review, but sometimes things can go wrong. When these unfortunate events or circumstances occur, we work closely with our customers to rectify the situation in a caring and timely manner. Our responses to the customers concerns were timelier than described. Possibly this sentiment in reference to time by our client, may have been a result of miscommunication. We cannot deny that there were some material deficiencies which was not observed before leaving our shop, but we have replaced/repaired all defective materials and made sure the finished product was typical of our high standards. Furthermore, the client was compensated with an additional discount for the inconvenience. As a matter of company policy, all personnel have been warned that personal conversations, non-related to the job/task at hand, while on the premises of our customers, will not be tolerated. We truly recognize that WE EXIST BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER, and sincerely regret the unfortunate events which occurred during this project. Our goal at Closet Trends will always be to offer an experience which meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations.
