I was very pleased with the designer’s thoughtful approach and attention to detail. Installation was also excellent. Overall I was very happy with the closets and will definitely choose them again in the future.

I just completed the first half of my project with Innovative Spaces. So far, they have redone three guest closets. Also, a complete makeover in my garage, including floor and cabinet installation. I started working on my project a couple of months ago and explained that I was in no hurry and wanted to make sure our plans were exactly going to fit the needs of my home. I worked with Chaylan to come up with the perfect design to fit my lifestyle. All I can say, is so far she has made all of my dreams come true. The installation crew arrived as promised on time and did an absolutely phenomenal installation in every area. The staff was professional, and very pleasant and friendly to work with. They were precise, and to say the least, extremely respectful of my personal home. I will be getting my master closet done at the end of the month and cannot wait to see the end result of that. I have no worry, they will knock this one out of the park. I would highly recommend Innovative Spaces for your remodel project.

They were on time ever morning, they walked us through every step of the process, and they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the worksite before leaving every evening. The final product far exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with the results. Transformed our 30 year old concrete pool deck into a brand new area that we will love enjoying for a very long time. Their follow up after completion has been amazing. I did give them a 5 star review back in March but I would like to recant that. I had a few issues I was trying to get resolved and the sales lady came out and seen my concerns and said she would look into it and to give her 48 hours but that was 2 months ago and never heard back. I’m just going to live with it. I truly believe that now that they got my money I’m just a number and nothing else and it’s obvious they don’t care. It is what it is. Customer service has gone by the way side since Covid…

The experience was awesome with Innovative Concrete Coating all the way from Ashley who came out to give us an estimate to the installers who did an amazing job on the floor. Our garage floor looks great and we love how it turned out. You couldn’t ask for a better company to do work for you. Everyone was on time and very professional. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about the garage floor. Would give them 10 stars if possible.
