Our home was built in the early 50's. Needless to say my wife and I interact with many contractors, service companies and repair companies. I wish Interior Doors and Closet Company did a lot more than just install the most fabulous interior Doors. The entire experience from my first phone call, speaking with Stephanie, to our meeting with Glen, one of the owners, at their showroom to choose door style and paint color, to scheduling appointments with Megan, to taking exact measurements of our existing doors with Servando, to installation of our stunning brand new Interior Doors with Matthew and his crew (Servando came back accompanied by Oscar) everything - EVERYTHING, was handled not just professionally, but with such care, accommodation and concern for our home, our own schedule and our cats. Yes. I said cats. Actually, my wife and I live in their house. Rent free thankfully. Seriously, one of my greatest fears is that they will get out. They are not allowed out, unless it's in a secure carrier. Normally, we put them up in one room so they are safe and out of the way when we're having work done. But now all the doors would be coming down. We weren't going to have a room to put them safely out of the way. I was a bit panicky. Ok, more than a bit. But what I thought was going to be a huge issue was so considerately and compassionately addressed by Interior Doors' fabulous staff it was no problem at all. Normally they'd take down all the old Doors and hardware then install the new doors. Instead, they agreed to leave one room untouched (where the cats were) until last. When the entire rest of the house had all it wondrous new doors this amazing crew went very quietly to another part of the house so my wife and I could extricate our three cats and put them safely into another room!! Can you believe this??!! We were blown away because not only did these guys not get annoyed or laugh at us, they really, really got it. Once our furrs were tucked safe and sound into another room, they took down the old doors and replaced them. Of course the crew cleaned up after, vacuuming any debris from the installation. In fact I think they did a bit of my vacuuming as well. If you're thinking of replacing your beat up old Interior Doors, or if you're building from scratch, this is the place you need to check first. My wife and I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Our new doors look exactly as promised. Beautiful.

We are a repeat customer of Interior Door & Closet. We first bought doors from them 6 years ago. We were impressed with the technology they used to measure all the door frames and the one day installation. The doors have held up very well. Now we need to change doors at another property and we immediately decided to call Interior Door & Closet. The owner Glenn came over at 8:30am on Saturday to give us a quote. He arrived on time, thanked us for our repeat business and was very efficient in giving us a quote and explaining the improvements in the company's technology and suppliers since the last time we worked with them. This company offers a high quality service and product - a rare find today!

He's willing to hear people out and adapt as needed. And the doors... they are truly magnificent! Solid, high quality, and beautiful!

3 TIME repeat customer. Can't say enough good things about this entire company including the owner, schedulers and installers. Job One: Several years ago Interior Door Co. installed new interior doors and closet organizers in our house. They look fabulous, great quality. Easy, no mess. Job Two: 2 months ago we bought a newer home a few blocks away and had them come back for all new custom closet organization and garage cabinets. We skipped the master because thought we could live with the existing closet that came with the home. (Wrong) Job Three: Called them back for the master closet because all the other closets turned out so fantastic. Glenn came up with a very ergonomic and functional closet with rounded corner rods. The design capability of IDCC's 3D software and expertise is impressive. Thanks for all the great work. Our Interior Designer loves what you've done to our home!

We got our window shutters installed. They gave us the best design solution with the best price. The consultation was done very professionally, and he knew the product very well. The installer was fast, very clean, quiet, and very respectful of our space - he took his shoes off in the house and laid blankets before he started working. The execution of installation was beautiful, and still looking great. We couldn't be happier with our shutters. The only downside was how long it took to get them installed. We understood that it would take over a month to build the custom shutters, but after the shutters were ready to install, we had to schedule the installation and we had to wait another 3 weeks. I wish we would have been told to schedule the installation beforehand.
