Joanna came out to our house as scheduled and did a great job drawing up what we needed for our walk in closet, and made a few adjustments we suggested-asked for. The team that installed it also did a great job, and was installed in less than a day, no issues there. (the only complaint I had was with the company that charged me in full immediately after hiring them, even though I was adamant about not paying in full until the job was complete.) Joanna was very helpful on settling that with the CF office staff, who didn't seem to have their act together. It is standard to pay a deposit for a job, and the balance after its complete, which seemed to be a hard concept for the CF people to understand. Joanna was great though, and did a great job for us.

Joanna Forbes is amazing. She truly has unique ideas to maximize closet space. We already used her for one project and were so impressed we have started on another. She will listen to you, incorporate your ideas, show you a 3D 360 schematic and incorporate all comments. She will spend as long as it takes to get it right and make sure you are satisfied. She also will work with you to make sure the cost is within budget and does not try to upsell. We have been very pleased. Before you talk to anyone else talk to Joanna.
