Robert was the upmost professional. We did the first part of our project romotely prior to moving to Riverview, and an additional project after we moved in. Great communication, listened to what I need we're and came up with drawings that were perfect. His installers were top notch, quick, knew their job, and the work was great. Very fairly prices and gave us discounts were ever he could. Highly recommend, you will get a top product at a fair price , and a professional installation.

I contacted Premiere Closets as well as several other closet companies. Robert called me back immediately and was able to schedule a time to meet within a few days. He sent me the designs within a day. He was available to answer questions regarding the estimate. We scheduled the installation before the other companies could even set up an appointment. I am delighted with the finished product. Even when I decided to alter the arrangement slightly, Robert was happy to make the new shelves within a few days. I'm so happy with the two closets premiere did that I'm going to use them to do my other closets. I've also recommended them to other friends and family. Very professional, awesome customer service, fair price, and excellent workmanship - one of the best service professionals I've ever worked with. A friend referred Premiere Closets to me recently after a conversation expressing my desire to redesign my small, inefficient closet. I contacted Robert and he was available to meet with me very quickly. He listened to my wish list for how I wanted the space to function and he immediately had great ideas. We discussed the details and he emailed his designs & drawings to me the next day. I loved what I saw!! Once again, I was able to reach him right away and I was thrilled to hear that my closet could be done the next day! They were very courteous, professional and got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterward. My small closet is now a very functional, organized space and I couldn't be happier! Robert and his team delivered an excellent job. from his computer design that was superior to other bids to his prices and final product that were exactly as promised and expected. We were communicating with him from Wisconsin before our move and he got everything ready to install and finish for three closetes the day after we moved to Madeira beach. Crew were prompt in arriving and actually finished earlier than expected leaving the place cleaned up and closetes ready to use. would definitely use his services again and recommend to anyone needing their closets organized and efficiently built.

Overall I am satisfied with the installments. One error was the doorknobs were installed at varying heights on cabinets that are right next to each other and very obvious. Also, 2 of the cabinet doors weren't ordered in the right size so I had to wait 2 weeks to get them installed to finish the project.

I sent a request for an in-home consultation for a large, custom closet and Robert responded immediately. From that moment and through final installation, Premiere Closets provided a level of customer service I haven't seen in many, many years. Since this was my first home project in the area, I received a few quotes to gauge local services and costs. Robert's cost estimate was reasonable and competitive, but what set him far above the competition was his responsiveness and professionalism. He instantly grasped what I wanted, provided me with some options, and in no time emailed professional 3-D drawings to ensure the design met expectations. Since I requested custom doors and hardware, I was afraid of a long lead time that would interfere with my travel schedule. Amazingly, Robert expedited the order to have it installed within a couple of weeks! Jason and Davis were the installers and could not have been more accommodating or professional. They were both so nice, punctual, knowledgeable about their craft, mindful of my neighbors, and made sure the cat didn't get out while they worked and delivered all the materials! Robert followed up by phone and email every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the service, and he made the necessary adjustments to the custom drawers in record time. I cannot say enough about my experience with Premiere Closets. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to friends and family and tell them not to waste time speaking with anyone else. No one can match Premiere's customer service, cost, quality, and workmanship.

We used Premiere Closets for our master closet remodel and love the end product. Rob and his team did an amazing job. The price was reasonable, the staff are professional and were able to do my install in the timeframe I needed it done by (before the holidays). I used them again for another closet. While building my new home, my closet was the most important aspect to me! I got estimates from several different companies and was disappointed in their lack of interest and their high pricing!! I felt they were just going through the motions of selling me a product. Robert was wonderful, he came out and measured himself and quickly sent me drawings. He was very knowledgeable and explained what would work and what wouldn't based on his experience. Other companies wanted a more formal process with meetings to review/discuss everything and as a busy professional, I just didn't have time for that. Thank goodness Robert made it so easy! My closet looks like a million bucks, for a fraction of the cost. Plus, I like buying local and knowing that the materials were NOT made in China. I would highly recommend Premiere Closets.

Robert and his team were great! They completed our master closet and came up with a great solution for a unique space at a fair price. His team was on time, curteous, and worked clean. I will definitely use them when we do our next space!

I hired Premiere Closets to install shelves in 3 closets...hall closet, bathroom closet and utility area, as well as to install drawers into a pantry. Robert was very responsive in returning my call and called to confirm the appt the day prior and showed up prepared and on time. His proposal was sent a day later than expected, however he communicated to me there would be a delay. On the day of the installation, his workers showed up on time, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Robert contacted me during the installation to ensure everything was going smoothly and contacted me afterwards to follow up if there were any issues. Overall...great experience, quality product and excellent service. I would highly recommend Robert and his team.
