We recently had this company customize the walk-in closet in our master bedroom and also our guest bedroom. We were so impressed with both Vince and Lisa, very personable and also very business-like. They listened, really listened to what we wanted. They did not try to up-sell us, but considered our budget. The order arrived very fast and was installed quickly by pleasant clean-cut fellows.. We are very pleased with the work and love our new closets. .

Tailored Living is a first class operation from start to finish. Beginning with Vince, who does the design work, he listened, asked thoughtful questions and put together an excellent design. His patience was much appreciated as we were newbies to organizing custom cabinets for our garage and master bedroom closet. It was no problem when we asked for some changes and he quickly delivered the revisions. Once the plan was finalized, the company booked an install date and arrived on time as promised. The installation was completed in one day, done to perfection by hard working, professional and courteous installers. Raphael insisted that he remove his shoes while working in our house. We had a minor issue with the garage countertop that was not the fault of Tailored Living but they took it upon themselves to ensure that it was dealt with. We were extremely happy with the resolution. Lisa is knowledgeable, timely in her responses and a pleasure to deal with. True, you may pay a little more for this product. However, the extra cost is worth the superior product, the years of experience and the outstanding customer service. We guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

Lisa and Vince were professional, organized and presented us with a variety of options. We had closet organizing systems installed in the Master, entryway, and spare room closets. We also had them install shelving in our pantry, linen and laundry closets. The installation men were respectful, organized and efficient. The work was completed in one day. They protected our hardwood floors while they worked and cleaned up afterwards. We are thrilled with the results! Bye bye wire closets and shelving. We have significantly increased our storage capacity and it looks amazing.

My master bedroom closet is a dream come true! When Vince, from Tailored Living, came to look at our new house, it was a chaotic scene of several trades trying to complete their work. Vince calmly and respectfully showed me some options. The next day we received the three dimensional drawings via email. We selected the option that our budget could handle, leaving out some of the extras we desired. Three weeks later our closet was installed, ahead of time, with some of the desired extras added in! The service I received from Lisa and the actual guys that put the murphy bed together, swiftly and with excellence, is the best service anyone could ask for. Polite from the moment I spoke with Lisa, very efficient and informative and done before the date that I was quoted. The guys were so nice, worked hard, and even pointed out to me that there was a chip on the frame, and they would fix it asap. Hopefully before Christmas but if not have a happy Christmas and see you as soon as we can. Guess what?? The very next day it was replaced and again, the service, exceptional.
