Tailored Living featuring PremierGarage

This has been the worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. They took 50% as a deposit more than 4 months ago, never installed our closets, and will not refund our money. They are rude and unprofessional when i call, the owner will not contact me back even though i have requested a call for 2 months. They basically STOLE my money.

Damian and Matt did a fantastic job finishing 3 projects that were started by 2 other contractors ( Dream Closets which went into bankruptcy after taking our deposit, and Lee Goldsticker, Lazy Lee LLC, which took our money and then decided they did not want to complete the job ). After such horrible experiences trying to get these custom projects completed in our new home, we were very frustrated with trying to find skilled, honest Contractors. After struggling for 9 months, trying to get Lee Goldsticker to finish the projects we paid him for... We Interviewed 6 new contractors, 3 gave bids, and 3 declined to even consider finishing the work already begun. After all the money we had spent on the two previous inept, dishonest contractors, we could not afford to start over. As luck would have it, Tailored Living was installing a Master Closet and a garage storage system at my neighbors house. I had Damien come over and look at the incomplete projects at my house, he referred me to Steve and Jake, they came to my house and they gave me an estimate that was higher than the other three proposals, but I felt confident they could do the work. I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with the end results! They completed my two custom master closets, mud room and pantry all in less than four days. Great work ethic, very tidy and professional. I only wish I had met them in the beginning of my project!!! I will certainly keep Tailored Living in mind for future projects in my home.

They were excellent. They deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them for repairing a garage floor. Their price was very reasonable.

Exceptionally pleased with this organization. Professional, prompt - initial inspection and proposal were provided very quickly; materials ordered and delivered on time. Installation scheduled, and done on schedule. We were kept fully informed throughout. The young men who came to do the work, Damian and Zach, were courteous, efficient, organized, and skilled, they finished the job promptly and left the work site tidier than it was when they arrived! I highly recommend this outfit for closet renovation.

Tailored Living designed, built and installed my interior closet shelving, garage cabinets and slotwall. Jake Ackerman met me for a walkthrough for material take offs to design the cabinets with 3D renderings showing every angle in detail. Marquita Jones sent the final drawings and setup the delivery and installation dates. Cabinets were delivered and installed on the scheduled date six weeks later. The installers, Jake, Damian, Nick, Matt and Jesse were experienced and knowledgeable installing the cabinets within the time scheduled. They were very neat and clean leaving the cabinets spotless. Everyone at Tailored Living are professional and courteous, what a great company to work with and I highly recommend Tailored Living.

Wonderful job done. easy to work with all along the way! The guys sent out to do the job were Jesse, Eric, Matt, Damian & Nick. They were curtious and professional!

We couldn't be happier. Our project was 3 days: replace existing garage flooring with Premiere One and build cabinetry and slatwall for our garage. Day one Jesse, Eric and Matt meticulously ground down the existing flooring being very careful to keep the dust out of our house. Day 2 they applied the beautiful flooring with the magic specs. Just beautiful--never thought I would say that about a garage floor! The third day Damian and Nick installed lovely cabinets and the slatwall in unbelievable time. We are so pleased with the work done by these professionals. Our advisor Jake said that we wold be pleased, but we thought it was "sales speak", but it is the truth--excellent service, flawless execution and warrantied.

We were very pleased with the estimate and installation of our master bedroom closet. Damian, Nick, and Matt were great! The work was done on-time and they left our home and closet area extremely clean. We were very pleased with our choice to have "Tailored Living featuring Premier Garage" complete our project.

I just had garage and basement floors finished and garage cabinets and shelving added. The work is first rate. The workers, Jesse, Matt, Damian & Nick were spectacular. They knew exactly what they were doing. If I had one word to describe their work it would be "professional". I would hire this firm again without hesitation. Steve, the owner, worked with me patiently and gave me all the time I wanted to make up my mind. Their work has absolutely transformed my garage and basement floors. My floors required a lot of prep work. In addition, they moved some heavy things out of the way. They made it easy!

Tailored did an excellent job the first time we had cabinetry installed in a large new laundry room that we had them do a master closet and three smaller closets. Once again a superb job - quality, detail, cleanliness and communication. We will be using them again. Highly recommend. D J

Tailored Living did an outstanding job on my garage renovation. Everything about this company is top notch. Starting with Jake and his excellent design and customer service, Marquita keeping me informed on the work schedule, Jesse and Eric's perfect epoxy floor installation all the way to Damian and Matt's beautiful installation of cabinets. I can't say enough about these folks and their professionalism, knowledge and quality of work. I highly recommend this company!
