100% Vancouver Island Owned and Operated. Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. From our humble beginnings manufacturing custom wooden window shutters in Nanaimo, we have grown to offer an extensive selection of window coverings from leading manufacturers. We are also proud to be the Central Vancouver Island's exclusive Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealer. Our Gallery showroom provides customers with a hands-on experience, allowing them to see and understand how different window covering solutions will look and perform in their homes. We are committed to delivering exceptional products and service, offering options to suit every style and budget, from aluminum blinds to fully motorized window treatments and custom drapery. Had this company to do all the windows in our last house with California shutters and could not have been more pleased.This new house was a no brainer. We didn't even look anywhere else . Although I am not a fan of black out blinds we had to go with them for a spare bedroom due to sun streaking in it would have woken whoever was in that room far too early in the morning in the summertime. We have had California shutters on master bedroom and office. We are lucky enough to have a 12ft double sliding patio door over looking fields and mountains in the open plan living room so we chose 3% light filtering sunshades which are FANTASTIC because even when we have to pull them down due to the heat we still see the view though them. Thank you West Coast shutters. I have recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so.

I can't say enough good things about West Coast Shutters. They are professional, friendly, and very helpful. They helped me with a repair to a pair of blinds which were purchased elsewhere ( I am definitely purchasing my new window coverings here from now on...) and went above and beyond trying to help me. Their customer service is outstanding, something that is difficult to find these days.
