I choose to work with Neal Smith because of previous knowledge of work he had done, and after meeting with him, and touring his manufacturing facility, I realized his commitment to excellence and making sure his customers are happy was the kind of supplier I wanted to work with, and I was not disappointed! It was an excellent experience, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Neal is a pro who does everything he can to make sure his customer understand the process and what they want, and then makes sure they get it. He was available any time I asked to meet with him, and spent all the time I needed making sure I had door samples, stain mix samples, reeding samples, etc., and that I was happy with all of them. His team custom built my range hood from design concept to a finished product and it is beautiful! We added metal mesh to the hutch doors and made it unique and one of a kind. Neal will work with you to make your ideas and designs come alive. I cannot say enough about his install team, and his lead, John. They were punctual, professional, and paid attention to the tiniest of details. I am a very detailed oriented person, and they listened to my needs and made sure they were taken care of. “I have followed this firm's work for years in local showcase homes as well as their featured work in design magazines. This fall, I hired them to create a design for a new kitchen and family room area. Having seen their beautiful work over the years, I was concerned that it may be difficult for the designers to work within my budget restrictions.
