They worked patiently with my while I came to decisions about removing the custom tile counters and backsplashes and made good recommendations about design details when changing to quartz. I used Cambria Windermere and I couldn't be happier with the result! Kerrock created a custom template for my 25.5' of counters. They also accomodated my wish to add counter eating/seating area. Quartz could handle the additional 'overhang' of material (for my specific job) without requiring metal lining support or bulky pieces from the cabinets to the counters. “If you've been on Susan's website and seen the magnificent fireplace, ( I'm a little prejudice), it is mine. Our house was built in 1923 and had an old brick fireplace that did nothing for the updated living room. Susan suggested a combination of metallic look tiles and Cherry wood. we sent her the dimensions and she returned a design concept for the fireplace, mantle and suggestions for the hearth, all of which we executed to create the look you see. I have never done any tile work like this so she provided all the advice I needed including specific grout, installation instructions and even final polishing techniques. As we live in NY we bought all the suggested installation products locally and had the tiles shipped. Everything we needed came as promised and even with a few extra pieces, just in case. I would never have undertaken a job like this without her help and confident design expertise. You see a fan shaped piece in the middle of the fireplace. That was created from one of her glass fans...they are beautiful. I purchased one of the glass pieces as well and it sits on a table I made just to display it. Creates a wonderful balance of design in the large room. We get comments on the glass fan all the time and everyone who has stepped into our living room just has to go over and touch the fireplace...it just draws that attention. I would use Susan again given the need and have recommended her to friends. Great experience.”

“This is my second project with Benattar and they keep saving the day! My first project 4 years ago: I called Moshe to re-do my powder room, as the original vendor was so flaky, I couldn't deal with. They were super fast and met my deadlines and the quality was amazing. I had a complicated "banjo-type counter" where the "banjo" radius had to mirror the radius of the sink. I had no trouble communicating my needs and getting exactly what I wanted. With this second project I didn't think twice: Benattar did my entire kitchen with center island and full backsplash, as well as and two bathroom counters. Beautiful work indeed! They even suggested and executed a super neat window sill made with the same stone!
