“I was doing a project for an very important, influential, client. Of course< we were behind schedule and against a deadline. I had to find some company to produce me approximately 10' of solid surface counter top and back .splash. I needed the finish product in place in less than a week. Elemental Design to the rescue. I called and spoke with Jeff Abrams. He said come on in and we'll help you out. He found me a great color match for my project. He promised me a finish product by Wednesday the following week. I received a call on Tuesday that my product was ready for pickup. Everything fit properly. My whole project was completed on time. I thank Elemental Design for the extra effort they put forth to get me to the finish line.”

“You want the cheapest? look elsewhere. You want the best quality for the price? Look here. As a custom home builder I have always used Signature. Their quality is second to none. Their communication and professional approach is unmatched. I will never forget when one of my homeowners decided to use an inferior supplier. There were multiple issues involved, and that supplier was unresponsive, and very unprofessional. I made a quick call to Chris "the owner of Signature". Even though it was not his product, he knew I was his customer. The next day he sent his guys to fix another companies issues and did not charge me a dime. That is the true definition of customer service. The homeowner was ecstatic, and couldn't believe that they did that. He runs his business like I run mine. Always, always do the right thing.”
