“We contracted with Corby to finish a 2000+ sq ft basement. The project included adding a bedroom, exercise room, theater room, wet bar, game room, and a full bathroom. We found the communication with Corby was excellent and he was extremely honest in his dealings with us. He coordinated the sub-contractors that were used for the HVAC, etc. and with the city inspectors. His direct employees were professional and great to work with. They consulted with us as construction progressed to ensure our finished product was what we expected and wanted. We were very pleased with the quality of work they did. In talking with Corby, he had no issues if we chose to purchase some items directly that were in his bid. He simply gave us credit for those items on the final invoice.”
