Andrea is an incredible designer with impeccable vision; she did a wonderful job creating a design that incorporated elements from both my husband’s and my wishlists — all while building on and tying together the various updates we had made since moving into our house. Andrea is also an excellent communicator and project manager: she was easily accessible at all times, helped set our expectations with a week-by-week schedule, provided transparency with budgeting and change orders, and showed up onsite every week to make sure things were on track. The entire NSKB team, including Diana and Taylor, was a joy to work with and they brought high quality, courteous subcontractors to the project. “We used Chi Renovation & Design to upgrade our bathroom. The whole process went very smoothly, and the final result is absolutely stunning. Julie, their head of design, worked with her team to turn our very vague and sometimes contradictory ideas into a gorgeous design. They chose modern, beautiful, high quality materials that will easily endure for the rest of our life in this home. Ron, Chi Renovation’s operations manager, was highly responsive to our needs during construction. He made sure we knew what to expect, listened to our feedback, and immediately addressed any concerns we brought up. The quality of work is second to none. At every stage, Chi Renovation’s talented staff showed high levels of professionalism and attention to detail. The construction crews were all experienced craftsmen who each did a phenomenal job in their area. I want to particularly shout out Derek, who installed literally hundreds of very small individual tiles in our shower with exacting precision. The finished effect is better than anything we could have hoped for. The main focus of this project was the shower, which urgently needed to be demolished and rebuilt to correct a water leak. The team at Chi Renovation & Design took that initial vision and added a custom vanity, modern new medicine cabinet, custom stone shelves and countertop, as well as top-tier lighting design to completely transform the space. We will absolutely be calling Chi Renovation & Design again for any future renovations, and 100% recommend them.”
