“Pamela, with Usable Space Interiors, recently designed the remodeling of our home and the furnishings and also added little touches with decorating ideas. We can't say enough about how much we love her designs and how easy it was to work with her! She was able to see the finished living space at the onset. When we moved into our home, we knew that we would need to make updates since the house is 25+ years old. We called Pamela, and she created the perfect living space throughout our home that would accommodate our family gatherings. We love the comfortable, practical, and up-to-date space and all of the furnishings that are now in place! The kitchen and family room areas flow so nicely with floating shelves above the sink because we did not have access to having a window above the sink. She then designed a larger island with more cupboard/storage space for all of the food dishes at our family gatherings. Another great feature is the pantry/laundry space, which now has cabinets with pull out shelves for easy access with canned goods and other items. The bathrooms were all given a fresh update with just the right tile selections for walls and floors! The contractor Pamela used was Keith Rawlings at Niche Construction. He and his team of builders were always very professional and completed all of the work with perfection! Pamela and Keith were always available to discuss things throughout the process and made sure every detail was addressed. They said on many occasions, "We want you to be happy in your home." They truly showed great care in what we wanted and made great suggestions as to what would work best for the space we have! We are so pleased with all of the work that was done and love our new living space! We highly recommend Pamela at Usable Space Interiors and Keith for any remodeling needs!”
