There was an overage of a couple of days, but this was entirely due to changes I made to the work specs, or errors my designers made. For each of these hiccups Nick worked hard to make sure they could be dealt with effectively and efficiently, keeping the momentum of the project going. In the end, the total price he charged me for his team’s work and that of the subcontractors he hired and supervised on my behalf was less than half the amount of the bid I received from a well-known and respected contractor recommended by my designer. More importantly, I couldn’t be happier with the result. Every aspect of the project was completed perfectly, and the outcome was even better than I imagined it would be.
