“We hired Steve Bridges of Bridges Construction after interviewing two additional Contractors. Steve was head and shoulders above them because of his experience, stated quality standards, and highly principled approach to his role. Steve sat down with us after we notified him of our desire to hire Bridges Construction to remodel our master bathroom and create a walk-in closet. We went over the existing space and came up with some additional space utilizing a couple of feet from the bedroom and also from the hallway. Steve drew a sketch of the proposed space and then drew in the specific fixtures we desired. Later, he did a schematic diagram, and there wasn't the need to hire a designer or architect. We were impressed with Steve’s constant attention to the work being done by the outstanding subcontractors he selected. For example, the bathroom required complete demolition of the existing area, reframing the new area, rearranging all of the plumbing to accommodate where the new fixtures would go, all new electrical wiring for placement of the many lighting requirements. Steve’s vast and long experience in Washoe County made it possible for us to work with various people who he completely relied on to do the quality work that was needed. The project exceeded our expectations and it has been almost one year with our new, beautiful bathroom and closet, and everything has worked perfectly. We are extremely proud of the job that was done and would not hesitate to recommend Bridges Construction to anyone who wants quality work. As an added note, we are currently having Bridges reconstruct our outside staircase that was deteriorating partially due to weather and the poor original construction when the 23 year old house was built (not by Bridges.)”
