“We have used Shane for granite counters in two kitchen renovations. He did such an excellent job at a reasonable price in our condo renovation, so when we purchased a house and decided to renovate the kitchen we knew for sure we would use Shane again. He and his team truly outdid themselves in our recent renovation, creating our stunning granite waterfall island and a split-granite tile backsplash, as well as using a remnant of exotic granite to add a wow factor to a small powder room. One of the best contractors I have dealt with in terms of communication, always being on time, always professional. We were able to select our particular slabs of granite in both projects and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other granite contractors. You will not go wrong picking this company for granite counters!”

“As we embarked on a complete kitchen gut renovation we were fortunate to be referred to USI through our contractor. As this was our first ever stone counter top purchase I was nervous to start the process. From the moment I walked into the store I was met by Twyla who graciously talked to me about what our needs were, look we were trying to achieve and budget. It took less than an hour with her help to find the perfect stone. Linda was next, she booked the templating and install, she was professional, answered all of our questions on the process, listened to our needs and scheduled it all in a reasonable time frame. What impressed us most was she actually called back when she said she would; not something that happens all that often anymore it seems. Tristan was very professional, personable and accurate when he came to do the templating as we found out when installers Karl and Sam from Get Er Done came with our beautiful stone., very minimal cutting needed to be done onsite. Installers Karl and Sam were excellent! The completed install is very well done and once again we were treated to personable and skilled professionals. Thank you to the entire USI team, you obviously take your work at customer service and quality work seriously, you have no idea what that means to us, we have not experienced that as often as we should have in this renovation. “I had my bar top replaced with quartz. I used Stone Gallery Ltd. to do the job and they did an excellent job with communication, service and workmanship. The staff and crew were very efficient and professional from start to finish. Everything went according to schedule. I had found a couple of scratches on there after completion of the work and the installer came back right away and fixed it. He did an amazing job, I can't even tell where the scratches were. I was very impressed.”
