“After having such a great experience with HQ Construction renovating our main floor last year, there was never any question who we would call when it came time to finish our basement. Once again, Ed, Nikko, Chris, and the entire HQ Construction team exceeded our expectations. This was a large and detailed project that completely transformed our unfinished basement into a beautiful extension of our home. The renovation included a custom laundry room with beautiful built-in cabinetry and quartz countertops, a stunning entertainment wall featuring a linear electric fireplace with a stone surround and floating mantel, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, refinished stairs, custom hidden access panels, new doors and trim, modern lighting, fresh paint, and countless finishing details that all came together beautifully. One of the things that continues to set HQ Construction apart is their communication and professionalism. Ed kept us informed throughout the entire project, answered every question promptly, and was always willing to discuss ideas and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. Renovations naturally come with unexpected situations, but we always felt they were handled honestly, professionally, and with our best interests in mind. A special thank you to Nikko and Chris, whose craftsmanship is truly exceptional. Their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the renovation. From the custom cabinetry and fireplace feature wall to the flooring, trim work, and finishing touches, everything was completed with precision and pride. They treated our home with respect, kept the work area clean, and were a pleasure to have around throughout the project. What impressed us most was their commitment to quality. If something wasn't exactly right, they took the time to make it right. They never rushed the finishing details, and it shows in the final result. This is now the second major renovation HQ Construction has completed for us, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor they can truly trust. Their workmanship, communication, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Our basement has gone from an unfinished space to one of our favourite areas in the house. We couldn't be happier with the final result, and we're incredibly grateful to Ed, Nikko, Chris, and the entire HQ Construction team for bringing our vision to life. Thank you again for another outstanding renovation!”

“I wanted to put a custom quartz countertop and same stone backsplash on my new IKEA kitchen that we got recently installed. Reached out to a bunch of different companies including IKEA, but Ross at Stone Wizards was by far the most helpful. Called me up and explained the process, answered all my questions questions I had around weight, size, cost and different types of uartz and granite. They have a great custom service where Tom came out and measured and then his guys came and installed. Couldn't be happier with the result. Countertop looks amazing and all around great service. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks”

“We hired them for our kitchen reno including cabinets and granite counter top. They did professional job (on time and the price was very fair). They worked closely with us and made sure we got everything we wanted…. Last but not least, we asked them to use piece of old Countertop to make a cutting board for us - they did it without extra charge :) I highly recommenced Granite nations.”
