I wish I had known about Rich and his brother Mike when we renovated our other bathroom several years ago! I can say, without any reservations, you must hire them if you are considering bathroom renovation. Rich provided a fair and reasonable estimate compared to other contractors. He gave us a start and completion date, and he was able to complete our project in that timeframe because they do one project at a time. Their attention to detail was incredible. They were able to easily switch our shower head to the opposite wall, so it was no longer on the slanted/dormer wall. They smoothed out areas of our plaster walls/ceiling until they were like new. They did amazing work laying out the tile with minimal and clean grout lines. They really provided their full attention to every detail. Our home is a generational family home. When our family and friends saw the transformation, it brought happy tears to their eyes!
