“We recently used Kitchen Solvers (KS) for our kitchen renovation project which started mid November 2025. This was the first major house reno we'd ever undertaken and choosing the company to do it, turned out to be the most stressful part. We did our homework, read customer reviews etc. KS had many good ratings BUT we've heard how some places can skew their ratings by having friends / family write them as if actual customers so we were kinda skeptical at first... We're here to tell you that KS is the real deal!! Our entire experience was wonderful, from our initial showroom visit to the final touch-up appt. The entire process was conducted in a no-pressure, professional manner. Tracey was the showroom designer that worked with me to listen to the design/functional ideas we wanted for our kitchen. We kept our existing kitchen flooring so it was important that the coloring complimented the floor. She allowed all the time we needed to look at samplings of countertops, cabinet colors etc and we've received lots of compliments from family/friends on the final look of the new kitchen! Melinda served as our appointments coordinator. She communicated with us via either emails/calls to let us know who was coming and when. We could also connect with her on any questions we had. We got WEEKLY communications from her so we were always kept up to date on our project timeline. Our reno crew was Andy (project mgr) and Tannor. Corey also served a day on our project. The guys were great! They were timely, pleasant and professional and always cleaned up at the end of their work! In addition to KS doing the demo and installing our new cabinetry, KS contracts with partner companies that did our countertops, put in our new sink + disposal plus hooked them up to plumbing and installed new backsplash. We even had a surprise visit from the owner Brad about mid-way through our project! He popped in to see how things were progressing. We thought that was a nice touch! One of the things that was really important to us was that we wanted a place that would/could force accountability with their subcontract partners if we had issues with the work. Fortunately that wasn't the case for us. We read horror stories from customers who hired companies that used subcontractors which used subcontractors. Sometimes it was either next to impossible and/or it took a very long time for them to get resolution with their issues. Due to the timing of our project (during the holidays), it took a little longer than it probably would have at another time of year but it was worth it! We were officially done on 12/22/25. We considered this a Christmas present to ourselves! We would definitely recommend KS if a kitchen reno project is in your future!”

Reasons I chose Delco: -Owner’s “can-do” attitude. Very positive. These are multi-week projects. It’s important that I enjoy working with someone on a daily basis for that length of time. -Owner is consistently on-site. -Overall value was substantially higher than others. -Ability to use my own designer (Cary Gerschutz of DeLuca Designs…highly recommend). -Referred by trusted individual. Reasons I recommend Delco now that the project has been completed: -Communication: Owner proactively provides regular updates on project without it being overwhelming. -Proposed budget was in line with final cost. -Attention to detail: Example: Our designer marveled at the final product of the “pebble floor” in our shower. Each stone was placed by hand; it did not look “manufactured”. -Any unknowns (you don’t know what’s behind the wall until you open it) were disclosed up front with worst-case scenarios clearly outlined, with an under-promise-over-deliver mindset. -Very respectful of our home: Stairs and walls were protected prior to starting. Items were carried carefully. Accidents can happen but we were fortunate that we experienced not one bit of collateral damage. -Respectful of our family: They used earbuds instead of a stereo. No yelling or unnecessary noise. Got to know our dog and were happy to close the door each and every time they made a trip from the outside of the house to the inside of the house. Even in their communication: If I wanted to talk through some things, he wasn’t rushing me. And likewise, if I was busy, he was respectful of that and kept things brief. -Cleaned up every single day. -Any snags were met with a positive attitude. No blaming of others; great accountability. -Vast majority of work done by Delco; very few subcontractors. -Project was completed within the “worst-case scenario” timeframe and, had it not been for subcontractor delays, it would have been done sooner than that. All of Delco’s work was done in a timely manner. -Flexible with mid-project adjustments. Conclusion: A project like this is a big financial and time investment. I really enjoyed working with Delco. I’ve already referred friends to them. The end product was better than expected. Finally, my designer, after the project was completed, told me that, if I used a typical home remodeling company, I would have paid significantly more for a lesser product. Again, stop searching, use Delco. You’ll be happy you did.”

“Tyler did an outstanding job managing the cabinetry and appliance selections for our home renovation. The renovation included all new cabinetry for the kitchen, two bathrooms, and dining room. All new appliances were installed in the completely-remodeled kitchen. Tyler was very helpful in assisting with selection decisions and kept us informed of delivery and install dates. He immediately followed up on any concerns and made sure issues were resolved to our satisfaction. He also worked well with our general contractor. I highly recommend Tyler and the JAE company.”
