    “Tap n Tile is a fantastic tile store. The thing that sets this tile store apart from others is their perfect balance of scale. They are big enough to have what we need in current product, samples and service, yet small enough to know who we are every time we call. The customer service is excellent and our orders are always respectfully managed and thought through. Delivery of our orders is always inspected by staff and we get called over any concerns. This is a very valuable service for us as it is often difficult for us to be in two places at once. Tap n Tile is a wonderful source for us. We view them as a trusted extension of our business.”

    “We hired Nat to replace a damaged shower pan in our bathroom, and ended up hiring him to do the lions share of the bathroom remodel. Although he is able and willing to do pretty much anything for you, he specializes in tile. He is old-school trained, and meticulous, with the ability to do complex cuts and floats. Our 1947 bathroom is anything but level and square, and he made it all work perfectly. He installed our new shower, floor and wainscot subway and arabesque tile, and it looks amazing. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant, courteous, positive person to have in your home. He and his staff keep the workspace clean and neat, which I also appreciated. HIs price is very reasonable, and I found him to be entirely trustworthy. I would not hesitate to hire him again for all my home projects.”

    “I walked into Mission Tile West in South Pasadena only because they carried a particular company I wanted to use for my kitchen project. I was apprehensive as I had been to many showrooms where the customer service was less than helpful. Sherri Rubendall greeted me, I told her what I wanted, the materials I wanted to use and she took off from there. We went over the colors, cabinetry, fixtures, etc. and within 20-30 minutes we had figured out what to use as a backsplash and corresponding mosaic. She listened to what I wanted and pulled it all together for me as I was really struggling to put the final pieces together. Today, my kitchen is finished exactly as I wished and I realize that it was Sherri's expertise and her ability to listen and visualize that gave me the kitchen I will enjoy for years. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Mission Tile West to anyone looking for their perfect look in a kitchen, bathroom, etc.”

    “Floorscape was great. They are not as big as other store but if you know what you want, give then a shot. I found the color and style of the tile I wanted. 24x24 Marfil with 4" brown marble diamond. They give me a great price. Much lower than the tile store down the road. I believed they can beat it. I think all the surrounding tile store get their supplies from the same source and price. If the overhead is low, better price IMO.”

    “I highly recommend Charis Mansur of Saxum Tile, a talented designer who combines artistry with pragmatism. She was the designer on the major remodel of our home. We enlarged our house from 1,950 sq. ft. to 2,300 sq. ft.; all of the rooms in the house were gutted and then enlarged and/or reconfigured and redesigned. Wisely, I involved Charis from the beginning of the project and her advice regarding the architectural design was invaluable. She oversaw all of the interior design of our home and I had fun working with her to select tile and other design elements. With Charis’s help, I feel we achieved the “biggest bang for the buck,” choosing economical options where it made sense and then spending a little more on the design elements that were critical to the look of a room, such as the tile backsplash behind the stovetop. Not only is she talented, she is highly conscientious and did a terrific job of managing the workflow, ensuring that materials were ready for the contractor when needed. Our contractor was very happy with her and knowing that our project was in Charis’s capable hands gave me peace of mind. She is a very likeable person and I would happily use her services again.”

    “Very professional and experienced, the project was done in a timely manner. Although they had a month lomg backlog. I was able to save money with this company. Not sure of the name of the installer but he was precise and he kept me informed as he progressed through the process. I would recommend them to anyone who has a granite project definitely. Goes to show you if you take the time to research you can save some money. Job well done.”
