“My pool water had become cloudy and totally unbalanced. My previous pool vendor couldn’t seem to get a handle on it so I reached out to LUXOR Pool. They came out and did a comprehensive water analysis and showed me the results. Come to find out my old pool vendor was only testing 4 chemicals each week and LUXOR tests up to 12 chemicals each week. This allowed LUXOR to quickly determine the problem and get my pool back in shape. Now that I understand the difference between LUXOR and other pool vendors, I plan on sticking with them for a long time.”

“Luke and Hamilton Pools’ Pool School is a lifesaver! I don’t live in the Collin County anymore, and as I first time pool owner, I had no idea what I was doing. Despite spending HOURS a day on my pool, I was still fighting algae. The Pool School taught me everything I needed to know to keep my pool running great with less than half the effort and time I was putting into it! Luke was so patient and answered all my million questions!! I am so very grateful!! In addition, when the freeze last February was coming in and my freeze guard quit working, Luke was there for me when no other pool company would answer their phone! He helped me prevent thousands of dollars of potential damage!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!”

“I am pleased with my pool- it was finished quickly (especially compared to the last one!) it looks good, and so far seems to work well. I'm not certain about the design process, as I had a very clear picture of what I wanted when I started. Unfortunately, the job manager convinced me to change my plan more than I would've liked, so it did not come out exactly like I pictured- but that's my own fault. I would recommend that you review your spec list with job manager on regular basis. This pool building process was far more pleasant than our last experience and this company really does care about having happy customers - refreshing. I can't bring myself to include photos because I haven't gotten the landscape finished and it looks like a lovely pool in the midst of a mud pit... perhaps I can add later.”
