“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

“A couple of months ago I awakened to a toilet that had been running all night and I had no idea that it had done so. It had eroded the ring underneath and was leaking into my basement. I did what I could to stop it but knew that I needed a plumber ASAP! The first name I came across was Joshua’s and he was a godsend! He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price.
