“Jason Ballinger of JLB Design, LLC did an excellent job on our project. He took the time to understand our style and help us design our dream home. We had a large complicated project that Jason helped us simplify - we took down several walls, worked with an engineer to figure out beam placements, relocated a powder room creatively and much more. He helped us make decisions on building materials, select a contractor and understand the approximate costs of making certain decisions on the renovation. Jason also ensured that the town permitting process went smoothly. In addition to creativity and expertise, Jason is extremely professional and a very nice person. He sets realistic expectations and gets things done on schedule. We felt that he gave us a tremendous amount of personal attention. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate.”

“Recently, Brenda Strickler, Design with Color, worked with us on the remodeling of our house. She was patient and took time to understand our preferences and tastes. We were very pleased with her suggestions and recommendations of colors and styles that flowed consistently and seamlessly through the house. She has a superb understanding of the “science” of color schemes and her choice of colors helped brighten up each and every room in our house. She introduced us to other sub-contractors (e.g., an electrician, a carpenter, and a plumber) whom we continue to call on when needed for subsequent minor projects around the house. Overall, she did an outstanding job for us and we would recommend her to others without any hesitation. She is superb with color schemes and knowledgeable with the variety of tasks involved in the design of a new house or remodeling jobs around a house. On top of these tangible skills, she is also trustworthy and a joy to work with.”

“Tony and Sketch2Cad is a highest quality 2D Drafting service with many years of experience in preparing professional and compliant construction documents. Tony is a very knowledgeable designer and drafter with a thorough understanding of architecture, engineering and construction. He is easy to work with even remotely and his turnaround times are very fast. His rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Tony to a Houzz Pro. However if you are a homeowner without much experience in architecture, you may endure a lecture or two, he is not going to let you do stupid things.”
