“We have done 2 major (and several minor) projects with Castlehaven Construction over the past year. First, we added a full and a half bath to out existing square footage as well as new floors and ceilings throughout our house. Second we remodeled our entire kitchen. We moved walls and windows and completely gutted the space. Third, we replaced 2 different decks on the outside of the house. Castlehaven was on time and budget for all of the work they did. They work with integrity every step of the way. The owner stands by his work while his teams are respectful and polite. We have already recommended them to friends and family and everyone is happy with their work!”

“Manzer Contracting does top-notch work and it is always a pleasure working with this general contractor. Manzer has completed several large remodeling jobs for us including: complete master bath and closet remodel, complete basement remodel, a front door stoop remodel (replace single door with double, add a roof structure over door stoop and rebuild the brick stairs to the stoop), and also a back deck remodel/update. In each project, they worked closely with us through all stages of the remodel, including the initial design/conceptual stage and budgeting stage which was helpful to us. It is worth noting the project stayed on budget (except in those few cases where we decided to add a change request at our additional cost). Their design consultant, Jenny, was extremely helpful in guiding us through some of the up-front design decisions as well as more specific design choices later in the project such as lighting, flooring, tile selections, etc. Manzer's on-site crew has always been prompt, hard-working and respectful. In each case they kept the work site as clean as possible from one day to the next. Overall, the communication from day to day with respect to the project schedule was always clear and effective. We continue to enjoy the updates Manzer Contracting made in our home and we are thankful to have been able to work with such a wonderful group.”

I spent some time here on Houzz in April of 2015 to get some ideas for remodeling our Bathrooms and found Metro Renovations & More was on here as well. One quick call to Dan and as usual, our project was off to a great start. Dan's customer service is simply second to none and Jani and his crews did a wonderful job remodeling three of our Bathrooms as well as finding the source of where water was getting into our crawl space, (and fixing the problem) Installing Flagstone in part of our back yard and pavers in another part which repaired a big mess left by another Contractor. This was a big project for us lasting well over a month and Jani was here everyday to supervise the workers who were not only very skilled at what they did but very nice guys too.
