“Sean and Max were very professional and clean when they arrived at my home. They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. One of the best experiences I have had with builders.”

“My husband and I bought a fixer-upper while I was pregnant with my second child. The house had a great layout but had been used as a rental for years and was in desperate need of a cosmetic refresh, and we were on a time crunch. Matt came out and walked us through all the options and helped us prioritize so that we could get the biggest bang for our buck. We hired him to renovate our bathroom, gut and rebuild our kitchen, and replace all of the trim and doors in our home. His crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and we were impressed with how every small request we'd communicated to Matt had been passed down to the crew which prevented the drama we'd heard about others having during the remodeling process. We got a beautiful look at a reasonable cost and we were so happy with the work that we hired River Mill Construction again the next year to build a front porch and picket fence out front. We loved THAT so much that when it came time to finish our walk-out basement, we called Matt. He helped us maximize every square inch (and even add a full bath!). He was able to advise us on where to splurge and where to save to get a beautiful look and we really appreciated that there was no pressure to spend more than our budget. Matt seemed excited to get us the house of our dreams without breaking the bank, and we couldn't be more pleased!”

“Mike Perkins of ERS personally did the work on my wooden porch railing which was showing a lot of wear after 25 years. I just wanted the worst parts repaired in order to get a few more years out of it. He understood what I wanted and did what was necessary, The work was completed in about four hours including the clean up. When the time comes to replace the railing I will be contacting Mike again. “I hired Epoch Construction to convert an attached garage into a master suite, build a back deck patio cover and install new kitchen cabinets. I hired them in February of 2019 when I purchased the house to give the entire home a complete remodel. The entire crew of Epoch Construction was pleasant to work with. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship, but they also were there to guide the project by working hand in hand with other subcontractors. Whenever a construction challenge arose, JT and his crew of problem solvers rose to the occasion and provided options, advice and a can-do attitude to get the job done. They communicate well and show up when scheduled. I sincerely enjoyed working with Epoch Construction and I would hire them again!”

“John and his crew did an excellent job on our new deck. His estimate was great & he was very timely on the project. He showed up and completed the project exactly as he said. We replaced an old depreciated deck with a brand new Trex Deck one. John Graber & his crew did an outstanding job and the quality & workmanship is excellent! John & his crew were very friendly & easy to work with. We had multiple last-minute changes & requests and each and every one they accepted and handled with outstanding customer service and openness. They even helped us spread large rock that we put in under the deck after removal of the old one prior to the start of the build of the new one. You couldn't ask for a more friendly, customer oriented group of guys. They put up with all of our questions and changes without blinking an eye. And again, the quality and craftmanship of the build was excellent as well. The price was also very good as well. Couldn't be more pleased! Thanks again to you, John & O.J & Ezra! We really appreciate you guys! Hope to maybe come to Jamesport to visit you guys in the near future.”
