“Mike P. with Exterior Restoration completed three projects on my home this year. I agree with other reviews, that Mike is very knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience in construction. He also has good suggestions on the scope of work. The bids on the jobs were very competitive, and he saved me a lot of money. Shout out to Ishmael who completed a lot of the work for my projects. He was great to work with, does quality work, and was careful to clean up the work site afterwards. I highly recommend Mike and his team for exterior work like decks, fences, siding, stone work, or other projects. He is flexible with the job cost up front. He does not alter the price once work has started like some contractors do. No job is too small for Mike and his team, which I really appreciate, since some companies need a minimum job quote. I plant to hire ERS again, and will recommend them to my neighbors also.”

“I am so proud of how my deck has held up both from the construction and the material side. Mike and his crew built this cedar deck for me in February 2014. It has 2 x 6 x 16 as top decking. I just finished my 3rd restain 2 weeks ago, needless to say our summers are brutal. But this deck is as solid, sturdy and beautiful as the day it was finished. So after 6 years not only is still going strong but it is just like new after a restain. My neighbors are so impressed with the quality and durability of our deck. By the way not one .....not one warped board.”
