“I had hired Ray and Mile High Designs to redesign my deck and to extend it and take out existing post and install custom design a iron railing. I am so pleased with the results and the whole crew was wonderful. I highly recommend using this company. Ray was so easy to work with and I had all the confidence in him and his crew. The price of the job was very competitive with other bids I had received. Ray is very dependable and I was always able to get in touch with him when needed. “We met the company during the Colorado Home and Garden Show. Bob came out and gave us a bid - which we stuck with throughout the project. He kept us informed about progress and was professional throughout installation and clean up. The system works great and we are extremely pleased with the outcome! We had another company bid a wood pergola to compare against and the price was within 3k - without the ability to change our environment (opening / closing the top louvres). Just a lot more functional and more sturdy than a traditional wood pergola.”

“Brad built a new deck for us, I can't say enough how great of a job he did. I had three other quotes that I simply couldn't afford. Brad's quote was substantially lower than theirs and the quality of his work was impeccable. I'm not a carpenter myself but his attention to detail I can't imagine is very common every step of the way he asked if we were satisfied with what it had already completed and before he was done he went over everything with a fine tooth comb. He cleaned up the job site really well every day before he went home I recommended Brad to a close friend of mine for their deck and I'd recommend him to anybody looking to get a new deck built he even called a few weeks after finishing and asked if anything that come up that we had noticed or just wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied still and said if there's anything that we were unhappy with he'd be more than happy to come out and address it but everything was fine.”

“I had Creative Outdoor Living submit plans and a budget to complete a demolition of my current wood deck to a composite deck and adding a roof over the whole 65' of length. After reviewing 3 separate bids we chose Patrick Harr who is the President of the Company. Patrick was not the least expensive but had the best overall design and seemed more attentive to the project's details. We were also impressed that he was a "hands on supervisor and worker. After watching Patrick and his crew over 5 months, we found them to be very exacting on all of the work and the materials were the best that were available. We were so impressed with their work that we contracted with him to do a few other construction projects inside our house which included installing fireplaces, rock, etc. We spent over $150,000 and have no complaints and are totally satisfied with the completed work and the prices that he quoted and lived within.”

“Jonathan and team were such a pleasure to work with! We envisioned a side deck built around a new hot tub we purchased, but we wanted the tub sunken, but still accessible.
