“Their customer service is excellent. Natasha and Michael are always in touch with you, at every step in the process. Very respectful and professional in all our interactions with them. It’s very challenging to find someone who can build a cantilever roof. Michael and his crew are experts at those types of structures. The cover Michael built for our outdoor kitchen is stunning. It’s a modern look you can’t get with alumawood. We were not sure that a cantilever roof would work because of the high winds in our area but the structure is very solid. No worries up to 130 mph. Absolutely stunning cantilever roof. Highly recommend Elite LA Patios.”

“My 50 year old poolside wood deck was transformed into a gorgeous Trex deck with cable railing by Arie and his excellent team of builders. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. I look forward to their return next year to redo my ailing wood fence which gets battered by the heavy winds! Diana”

“Best experience all-around with Eric. He was informative, educated us on what the process would look like, and helped us decide the best design for our patio cover. “We needed to put in a small little area of pavers for a new addition we had just put in but when Adam came out, he suggested that we also do our front porch and path along the driveway to tie everything together. We had never even thought to do any of that and was very skeptical that we would be spending money on something that wouldn't even look all that great but we decided to go for it and I'm so glad we did. Our house looks unbelievable now. The pavers look amazing and the turf they installed looks so fresh and beautiful. I could not be happier with the job Jenkins Patios did. They were fast, efficient, respectful, clean, and did a beautiful job. Thank you so much!!”

“Danny just redid - from the joists up - our three balconies/decks on our Laurel Canyon hillside home. I cannot say enough about the company or the crew. These guys showed up on time every day, were courteous and clean, and really some of the best tradespeople I have worked with as a homeowner. Danny's quote was realistic, and he came in on budget and finished almost a WEEK EARLY! When has that every happened in home remodel/repair? All other quotes we received for what we wanted (steel and cable railing being the big component) were 50% to 100% higher. The finished product looks great, and no quality was sacrificed in the least. Our neighbors even commented that they had no idea we were having outdoor work done, as the noise was kept at a bare minimum, even during demolition.”
