Deck Builders & Contractors Near Concord

“Can we give Exterior Additions 10 STARS?!!! VERY HIGHLY recommend them!!! They came enthusiastically endorsed by a coworker, and after finishing our screen porch and deck build with them, we can assure they definitely did not disappoint! From the start it felt like a partnership as they worked with us to make OUR vision a reality, and throughout were always willing to offer suggestions and seek out ways to make our ideas work. Everyone we came in contact with during the entire project was professional, personable and excellent in their field of expertise. The quality of craftsmanship with every trade involved was exceptional and the end product exceeded our expectations! They truly aim to please, and we were extremely impressed with their communication. Day 1 of the build they started a group text chat that was very valuable in keeping us in the loop on all plans, and gave us an easy way to make comments/ask questions/send pictures throughout the process. In addition to the quality products used and the superior craftsmanship, we think this very responsive text communication tool is their secret sauce for successful projects AND informed and happy clients! Also, standing out to us was that there were ZERO surprises on cost. All costs were clearly laid out in advance, and if we contemplated an upgrade midstream, pricing was straightforward so we could decide. Additionally, very valuable to us is that with the relationships formed, we know we can reach out to this team in the future with any questions/requests, and we are confident they will do everything in their power to help out. Exterior Additions is exceptional in every way! Every single person who worked so hard on our project was delightful and experts in their field – from the core leads to the demo team, framers, roofers, electricians, painters, gutter guys, deliveries, cleanup, and follow up. We are so appreciative of the whole team and can’t say enough good things about our experience! Without any reservation whatsoever, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM — and would use them again in a heartbeat!”

“My wife and I had a vision for what we wanted for our home. After meeting with virtually every custom and major brand company in Charlotte, we decided to go with Mat, and Brazawood. I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions we’ve made. Over the years we have done several major renovations to our forever-home. We have always been very selective about who we’ve chosen to work with, and as a result, we’ve been fortunate to have had overwhelmingly good experiences. That’s said, I do not know that we’ve ever worked with any company, big or small, that was as professional, responsive, caring and communicative as Brazawood. To be clear, this is a family-owned company, that not only takes a great deal of pride in how they operate, and what they produce, but they treat you as part of their family, and they treat your project as if it were their own. Mat and his team not only helped us realize our vision, but they improved it. Since these photos were taken, Brazawood has stained our deck, and we have already started working with them on our next outdoor project. I don’t know what it is that you’re looking for, but I am sure that whatever it is, Brazawood can help you find it. Mat is a craftsman, an artist, and a perfectionist; and Brazwood, and his team, move accordingly.”

“They make incredible outdoor kitchens. they take it from start to finish and put out a product that is far superior to the others. They, also, can do it with a concrete top that is incredible.”
