“Their customer service is excellent. Natasha and Michael are always in touch with you, at every step in the process. Very respectful and professional in all our interactions with them. It’s very challenging to find someone who can build a cantilever roof. Michael and his crew are experts at those types of structures. The cover Michael built for our outdoor kitchen is stunning. It’s a modern look you can’t get with alumawood. We were not sure that a cantilever roof would work because of the high winds in our area but the structure is very solid. No worries up to 130 mph. Absolutely stunning cantilever roof. Highly recommend Elite LA Patios.”

“I hired LA Decks in August of 2012 to refinish my existing deck and change the would railing to glass. They also built benches under my gazebo and two separate bbq islands in my backyard. Victor was very professional and on top everything. My backyard turned out great! The job was completed by the date promised. It was a very pleasant experience to work with him and his team. “When we first met John Haynes of T.Ybarra Construction at a home show, we knew we would like working with him over the other companies we had looked at using. Besides the fact that the product looked awesome and in fact superior to the competition, John himself was what sold us on working with his company. He was attentive to our needs and desires, frank and straightforward in his communications and had creative and practical solutions and ideas for our troublesome space. We purchased the most beautiful brown metal patio cover (pergola) that blends with our house so well it looks like it was part of the original construction on our Spanish style house and totally looks like it’s wood. The pavers are absolutely gorgeous and transformed our long and narrow yard into an oasis, a stunning extension of our living space and in fact a space we never used since we bought the house. Now we love lounging under our patio covering – the transformation was amazing! My husband and I were both so impressed with how quickly and expertly the project was done. The design of the patio covering was totally custom made as our yard nor the house was square or even. The way they attached the beams to the house and the custom cut edging made it look perfectly even and normal. The craftsmanship was first class! Hugo and Gilberto, who constructed the cover, had to work in the rain and did an amazing and thorough job, working from an expert design drawn by John, but one that also required some adaptation to the quirky space on the spot. The pavers are a whole other piece of artistic excellence that Juan created for our patio. Again, since the patio could not be square, he had to hand cut a lot of stones and the design is exquisite and flawless! It’s not always easy to imagine what a design will ultimately look like from small samples of materials and drawings. But John made us feel confident and we could not be happier with our choices. We were extremely impressed with everyone who worked on this job and the end result exceeded our wildest expectations of what it would look like! No one who sees it that knew what was there before can believe it!! Thank you everyone at T. Ybarra Construction!!”

“We needed to put in a small little area of pavers for a new addition we had just put in but when Adam came out, he suggested that we also do our front porch and path along the driveway to tie everything together. We had never even thought to do any of that and was very skeptical that we would be spending money on something that wouldn't even look all that great but we decided to go for it and I'm so glad we did. Our house looks unbelievable now. The pavers look amazing and the turf they installed looks so fresh and beautiful. I could not be happier with the job Jenkins Patios did.
