My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Elite L.A. Patios made the statement piece of our new backyard as perfectly as we could have imagined it. The quality of their materials and fit/finish of the installation are top notch - you would expect this quality of work in a Four Seasons or luxury resort rather than a residential backyard patio project. The 4K Aluminum material they use is more impressive in person than online reviews/pictures can show, and the quality is leagues above the materials other Alumawood/Durawood contractors in the area are using. Is it the cheapest? No! Is it the most widely available? No! Is it going to look great and last 50 years in our backyard? Oh yeah! Michael's team has an attention to detail that matches the premium material and price point, and fits the mindset - buy it once, buy it for life. Michael takes care of his customers and his communication is excellent. I do recommend ordering early and storing the material for your project onsite if you have the option, since Michael's team is very fast once everything has arrived and their availability opens up. You do not want to be waiting for material availability, especially as 4K products are exponentially increasing in popularity in our area. Altogether, from Natasha's first phone conversation to Ricardo's finishing touches on the cantilever patio, we had an A+ experience and would recommend anyone who expects the best to call Elite for their next backyard shade/covering/patio/pergola project. We certainly will!”

“This company is wonderful to work with! They were helpful making sure we got all of our measurements correct and helping us decide on the best fabric for our needs. After the products arrived (within the promised time frame), they were quick to respond to the one installation question we had. The instructions were thorough and easy to understand. We watched the installation video as well, and I am pleased to report that two 60-something homeowners installed the canopies with relative ease. We were especially impressed with quality of the hardware and fabric. We eventually want to stain the pergola a cream color once the wood has seasoned, but for now, we love our Infinity checkerboard grey canopies that provide the much needed shade on our sunny pool deck.”
