“Lynette Rogers and the Homescapes crew members are very knowledgeable about the James Hardie siding products they use and construction in general. Excellent planning, organizational and project management/execution skills. Communicative and professional, ensures that you are informed on all aspects of the project from pre-bid meeting, proposal presentation meeting, pre-construction meeting, and during project execution. Checked in at site each morning to ensure that the crew was organized, had necessary materials and understood the daily priorities. Most days they checked in at mid to late afternoon as well as being in contact with the crew by phone. The crew at our house were experienced and had been working together for Homescapes for over 4 years, and working with the Hardie Product for over 10 years. Removed old siding one wall at a time. Removed Tyvek house wrap and replaced with Hardie Wrap weather shield to ensure weathertight house during project. Installed trim and then new siding with poly board at base of siding near ground. See attached photos for finished project details. Used tarps for temporary collection of old siding and nails before placing in waste container. Cleaned up driveway and other areas each day before departing job site. The finished house looks outstanding and we strongly recommend Homescapes of New England!”

ALL of the sub-contractors were top-notch professionals in their trade. Rick and Rich project-managed all of the contracted work perfectly. The communication was great and the results were phenomenal. Naturally, with any major home renovation project, there are unforeseen problems that arise. Rick was sure to contact us immediately regarding any obstacle that was faced. He would explain the situation, describe the possible options, and recommend a solution. We never felt pressured. Rick would calmly help us arrive at a decision, then quickly get it resolved. There were many instances when Rick and Rich would graciously, and generously, go the extra mile to ensure that the job was done right. Short-cuts were not an option. Whether it was days spent leveling the house, or digging up and replacing an old cement floor, to doing extra work on the foundation, they performed the job like they were working on their own property. We must also highlight the beautiful hard-scape work designed by Rick. With a sloping grade around the property, lots of attention and imagination was needed to retain the earth and do so with an attractive landscape design. Rick knew what needed to be done and he and the team went to work. He did an awesome job on that unexpected project, a testament to his many skills above and beyond that of master carpenter.
