“When we decided to knock down the 'old screened in patio' we asked the contractor who had remodeled the complete house 4 years ago to do the work. He said to call Booth Built as he would do it better, faster and be less expensive. We called Tom and he showed up on time and listened to what our plans were. We were looking for three things. Quality, cost and someone we could communicate with. We found all three with Tom and Booth Built. The quality was an outstanding product which we had seen at home shows and read about the product on line. The cost is always a consideration and his price was on target. He explained the scope of the work to us. When he was done there was no 'hidden fees" up-sales or other fees. The price was just what he quoted it would be. The job was done on-time and all four of his staff we met were very friendly. He maintained a tidy work site and cleaned up every day. Lastly on communication. When I called the office or Tom he always got back to us in a very timely basis. Most of the time the same day. Would we recommend Booth Built? The answer is yes without any reservations.”
