We had an idea of how we wanted the deck/pergola to look and they were happy even excited to work out out idea and make it happen. They were on time, quick, personal, neat and great to work with. Prices were fair. Maybe for some a little high but the quality of material is also very high. Our backyard is now a beauty thanks to Western Timber Frame.”
