Prior to construction Glenn provided an estimate based on our requirements and his ideas. He then followed up with a complete architectural design, floor plan and final contract which we signed. The whole process was an enjoyable experience with no surprises. As an aside, we were able to enjoy dinner in the gazebo every night from April to October, cooled from the heat by the ceiling fan. It is so relaxing to enjoy a light drizzle of rain in the comfort of the gazebo.”
