“I had an excellent experience with Fine Decks, from start to finish. They designed and built a 24x15 screened porch and deck using composite materials (Trex , Azek, Wolf). Clemens is very knowledgeable in this industry and highly skilled in his craft. I was immediately impressed with the 3D design renderings he produced. This was a level of quality, polish, and professionalism that was several notches above the other three companies I received quotes from. Clemens was always honest and transparent in his communications with me. Clemens was flexible and tweaked the 3D renderings to accommodate a few design changes, which improved our overall satisfaction with the project (infrared heaters, in-ceiling speakers, swing bed, and 2 ceiling fans instead of 1). Once construction began I was very impressed with the team, especially Ivan. It's clear Ivan takes pride in his work and his attention to detail and quality is simply awesome! When we encountered a few issues with the subcontracted electrician, Ivan did an excellent job to identify potential challenges and quickly implement solutions. Ivan did a great job to make sure we were happy with the work and went above and beyond to help finish off several parts of our project that were not included in the contract. For example, installing lattice and drainage in our yard. We could not be happier with the finished product and the excellent team of Clemens and Ivan.
