From the very beginning in the initial conversations with Rich I had a feeling that this was going to be great. Rich took the time to talk us through the entire process and pulled together a beautiful design that was going to meet our needs as a family perfectly. When the project began working with Rick and the team he has assembled was just as terrific. The communication throughout the entire process was really unlike any other experience we have had with previous contractors. The professionalism of the team was incredible as well. They were here everyday working so hard and then at the end of the day ensured that the job site was clean (spotless really) was so impressive and very much appreciated. It was to be expected to uncover some ‘surprises’ during the renovation but the conversations around the problem and the fixes were very informative and again appreciated. As the project wound down, I have to say that my wife and I would not change a thing about the project. The whole project itself was managed beautifully and the result really speaks for itself. Their work is nothing else but QUALITY craftsmanship. They all were amazing at their trades but what is more telling honestly is that they are great people.
