We love it...It’s still very new but the quality is great, very happy. Putting it together wasn’t bad at all. Happy with my purchase.

The steam shower works fantastic! It shipped after only 4 das, not months like other distributors. So far I am very happy with the unit. My only complaint is the shipping company is terrible to work with! They attempted to deliver the steam shower without setting an appointment with me and I was out of town on business. When I tried to reschedule none of the phone numbers listed was working. I had a really good communication with the seller and they were very helpful.

Very cheap nothing works as it should. Turned the steam shower on and basically exploded burning my fiancée. Tried to return before this because of all the other problems and just didn’t feel comfortable having it especially when there is electric and water that close together. The company pretty much for my money and ran. Don’t recommend

Don't buy this product. Don't buy from Maya Bath. They sent me a glass panel that was painted on the wrong side, and want me to pay to box it and ship, $356.41 to get the replacement panel that is correct and should have been shipped with the product. Also, The TV doesn't work and "they will send the picture I sent to the manufacturer" and one of the sets of jets also does not turn on. I haven't been able to test the steamer yet but I have low hopes because I don't have a panel for the shower. The lighting in the shower is pretty low also very misleading from the videos, be aware that you may need additional lighting.

By far the WORST company I have ever bought from. we bought a steam shower from them and a part came in broken, and we have been trying to do everything we can to fix it, they refuse to reply to us or fix it. they have a 10 year warranty that they don't actually go by and don't care about. We lost more than $4,500 because of them and its been more than a year and were still trying to get the broken piece back. We've tried everything. I would never recommend this place to anyone, seriously don't spend your money here, its a joke.

I purchased a tub about a year ago and still dont have all the parts they sent the wrong remotes and ive been waiting on the correct ones for this tub make me an offer if anyone would like to purchase this unit at a discounted price.

The Steam Shower is excellent and be prepared to put a whole day to install the unit, I would recommend a good plumber and a good electrician, but directions were easy to understand.

The product was lost for a month during shipment. It took them a month to get the new tub to us and when they did it was damaged and the refused to do anything about our issues. I would really look into this company before buying any products. Everything was made of plastic and VERY CHEAP!!!

Everybody loves this - I've given out literature on it to lots of people. Thanks for the great customer service even tho it arrived a little later than expected!

I've been using my steam shower for about a year. I love everything about it. I could not imagine going back to a regular shower.

I purchased a Steam Shower from this company for my bathroom in the basement and its all done and ready, been using it for about 5-6 months. I will rate their customer service 5 star cause theyr really helpful as far as answering phone calls and emails and would recommend them to any one that is looking to buy an steam shower for their homes.
