We had a fabulous experience with Alumicenter! They were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They also answered all of our questions with a friendly and pleasant attitude which is rare these days! We ordered a 10x40 DIY kit in September 2023, it was complete with all materials required for the job, and delivery was a few weeks earlier than expected. The materials were top notch, matched our existing screen cage and went together smoothly, even for a novice DIY’er. We would highly recommend this company to everyone and the only reason I gave them 5 stars is because there wasn’t a higher number. Thank you again for an amazing experience, it took our new pool and patio dream to the next level.

I purchased a DYI Kit 10x20 awning , $3000.00 with shipping . my friend and I installed it in a couple of days!! It looks awesome !! great quality,easy to install ,Jaun and Ivonne are great to work with! I would definitely recommend this product, if you are a little bit of a handyman you can install it !!

I would not recommend this company because getting in contact with them and having something fixed on their project is extremely difficult. Even though the work looks great, soon after leaking from multiple areas along the connections appeared. Someone was sent at some point to fix the problem, however, it was not completly done. Leaking is still present.

We called on Alumicenter Inc because we live in the Florida Keys and needed a pool enclosure. Since we live directly on the waterfront it is very windy and we needed a sturdy structure. Juan who is the owner came out and gave us a quote. After our pool was finished his crew came out and started the building. He has a great group of guys who have been with him for at least 10 years. Every morning they got here early (8-8:30 am) and worked until 4-5 sometimes 6 pm. It took them 6 days and was well worth the wait! They worked very hard all day and were very friendly to us and our dogs.On the final day when they came out to finish we asked them if they could stop by our rental property on their way north to fix one of our screens that had been damaged. They were kind enough to do this and even though we paid them it certainly was a very kind gesture from Juan and his crew. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone!

After researching several companies, I hired Alumicenter to replace my old patio cover with an insulated patio roof. Best decision I ever made! Project manager Juan Cohen and his crew were very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions; patient, punctual and always very pleasant and polite. They would show up on time, work hard all day and clean up at the end of each day. Juan and his team did an outstanding job. I couldn't be more pleased with my new patio! I highly recommend this company.

I contacted numerous manufacturers of aluminum canopies and not only was Alumicenter the quickest to respond, they also provided me with the best quote. Some of the others had to be prodded via email and phone calls just to get them to respond to my request for quote and when they finally did respond, either their proposal was incorrect/incomplete or their quote was way too high so I went with Alumicenter. Throughout the process they were attentive and responsive to communications, showed up when they said they would and installed a really nice suspended canopy. Thoroughly professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I contacted several vendors to replace and expand my screen patio. Alumicenter replied promptly while others left me waiting and did not keep appointments. The owner, Mr. Cohen came to take measurements personally and gave me the estimate in writing. I contracted them and the job was done in a timely manner. His workers are very polite and careful while they work. Juan came to supervise and at times assist in some of the work. He was careful to recommend colors that would blend with the rest of the house. The workmanship was excellent. Neighobrs go by and comment on it and even ask to take pictures for future projects. I was fully satisfied with Alumicenter and his staff. I highly recommend them.

Toward the end of May 2012, I contacted Alumicenter via their website to inquire on the price of an Aluminum porch. I already knew the dimensions based on quotes from several other contractors who visited my home. An employee of the company contacted me the same day and we setup an appointment for someone to come out and see the property. I had to re-schedule the first meeting due to some circumstances out of my control. The company changed the meeting for the following week. The representative that came over to my home was Juan Cohen. Juan is the owner of Alumicenter. He arrived on-time and was prepared to take measurements of the area. Juan took notes of the area and measured it. He told me that I will have an emailed quote sent to me later that night. This is perfect as I am 100% attached to my iphone and email works best to communicate with me. As promised, the quote arrived later that night. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had sent two quotes. One for the roofing I wanted and another for the screened-in version. My wife and I had wanted to do the screen but didn't ask Juan because the other contractors were pricing it outside of our price range. To our delight, Juan's screened-in quote was not as high as the others. Matter of fact, it was towards the top of our spending budget whereas all others were nearly $500 - $700 over our budget. We decided to go with the screened enclosure! Juan submitted all the paperwork to the city for permitting. Since I live in a gated, Lennar community, I had to get my HOA's approval. Juan provided all the forms and Miami-Dade Approvals I needed to include an architectural rendering of the porch. It was approved with no issues because all the paperwork was complete and thorough. The permit was issued and the inspection of the foundation passed with no issues. This gave way to concrete pouring and actual structure build. I was expecting to find a construction site once I arrived home. However, Juan and his people cleaned up after themselves and ensured that they did not damage the vegetation nor destroy my grass. You could hardly tell that a crew had been working there. It was excellent! The concrete guys showed up 15 mins EARLY! This is great! They went right to work and my foundation was poured in less than 2 hours. The concrete took three days to hardened. Once that was hardened, Juan began to work on the construction of the enclosure. Juan and his crew took two days to build the enclosure. They always arrive on time or earlier and went straight to work. No cafesito breaks! It was truly a pleasure seeing quality work being done by a contractor. The crew was proficient in their task and you can tell that this wasn't their first time doing it. The quality of the build was superb and the materials were new and definitely not old stock. After the work was done, Juan came over and walked me through the construction of the enclosure. He climbed ladders with me to show me the roof and show me how it was waterproof. He showed me little extras that he incorporated to make the structure stronger. The bolts he used were higher grade and tensile strength than those required by the plans. I appreciated this! Overall, the enclosure looks fantastic! I am a perfectionist and I looked at every single nook and cranny looking for defects or oddities. I couldn't find any.. Juan has excellent customer service skills and superb construction experience. He answers all emails immediately! ((I emailed him over 40 times, yes, I am a perfectionist and look at the details!)) He ensured all my questions were answered and went over and beyond my expectations. Well, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! I absolutely recommend Alumicenter for your enclosure project! BTW, Juan also installs hurricane shutters. My home came with shutters, if not, I would have had Juan install those too! A+
