We wanted a pavilion for our backyard. After searching for local Companies in the Fayetteville, NC area, I couldn't find anyone reputable. So after scouring the internet, I noticed that everything we wanted was offered by American Landscape Structures in Pennsylvania. I reached out to them and from the very start was impressed with their customer service and sales representative. Answering all my questions and following up to every request for more information I had. We settled on the model and scheduled the date. Up to this point I was very satisfied with the company. That's when things got even better. The two gentlemen that drove from Pennsylvania all night showed up at my home early on the day of construction. Within a matter of 4 Hours that were done with the build. watching them work, was like watching a well oiled machine. No short cuts or sitting around taking breaks etc... Very professional! Probably the most professional work crew I have seen in all my years working with construction. In closing, I just wanted to say that if you are thinking about going with American Landscape Structures - think no more... A+++ Couldn't be happier - Thank You American Landscape Structures for fulfilling our dream of owning a high end pavilion that we will be able to enjoy for years to come.

Installed a 14' by 12' pavilion on my deck. 2 guys showed up at 8am worked straight through until 12:30 pm until it was complete. Cleaned up. The pavilion is meticulous and installed exactly where it needed to be installed. One of the easiest online shopping experiences for something this expensive.

We had a positive experience from start to finish with Jim and his crew. Our project got delayed, and they were very understanding, and adjusted the build to meet our schedule. When our contractor changed the interior roof design to raise it higher, Jim got us additional tongue and groove wood, at cost, to finish the project. The cost of our 20x26 foot pavilion kit initially was a bit of sticker shock, but I don't think it could be done for less without a kit. The final product is everything we hoped for!

I was not sure at first as I had got several local quotes for almost double the amount I paid American. As It turned out was one of the best purchases I have ever made. From the beginning to the final product it was handle perfectly. The salesman was very informative and attentive to my needs. The product was better than promised and went togeather in 2 day using a local carpenter, who was very pleased with the kit and its fit. I had a issues with a door and it was replaced in a week.

They were great, professional and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend using this company and Jim Adams. We absolutely love our pavilion.

We purchased the kit for a 12' x 24' rectangular gazebo and are thrilled with the final product. It is a beautiful and structurally sound addition to our property. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that the assembly of the roof was much more difficult than we had anticipated. It took 4 men and a tractor to lift and place the very heavy pre-assembled roof pieces.

Our PTA recently purchased a gazebo built and installed by American Landscape Structures and we couldn't be more pleased! It took us quite a while to get this project formally approved by our district, and Jim, the sales person, was incredibly patient with me, and answered my 100's of questions. The installation manager was very flexible and arranged for the gazebo to be installed on my preferred date, even though it wasn't ideal for his team. The installation team was professional, thorough and efficient. They built our gazebo in just a few hours, and it is GORGEOUS! Our students and teachers love spending time in it, and it truly enhances the beauty of our garden. I absolutely recommend American Landscape Structures - they were wonderful to work with and their product is beautiful!

From the time we started working with American Landscape Structures it has been a pleasure. They worked with the contractor who put down our pad to ensure things were correct, the installation crew showed up on time and completed the structure on time. Very high quality workmanship both in the pavilion construction and the installation. From our experience, would have no problems recommending American Landscape Structures.

We purchased a pavilion kit and built it ourselves. It took a bit of work, but we couldn't have been happier with the customer service or the resulting structure. It has transformed our backyard. We have several parties planned for this spring and summer and they will all be in the backyard. We added wiring on the pavilion for lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan, to keep it pleasant no matter how hot it is. We also purchased a propane heater so we can be outside even late into fall or on cool spring and summer evenings. In the attached picture, my son threw a party for his school band in late November and they were able to enjoy being outside despite the cooler weather. I hope to add more pictures soon of all the events we have planned.
