Apex Deck and Surface Restoration

We hired them to restain our deck in Howell! On June 12,2019. Told them it was going to rain. They said no problem & it stormed an hour after & ruin the entire deck! Couldn’t get them to come back to look at it & after many calls 3/4 weeks later Corey the owner says its a complete redo! Will take care of in a couple weeks! Called a dozen times, Finally talked to Joe & they came out & power washed the deck! Didn’t do a good job! They power washed it again in August! Called & text them a dozen more times! No shows! Never came back to stain the deck! In October we filled a case in small claims court for $900! They never responded to the court & We now have a judgement on Corey and Apex! Very awful experience!!!! Do not trust Corey or Joe!

After another local company took a deposit from me and never showed up, I was referred to Apex by my local Sherwin Williams. Apparently the sales rep knows them well and promised me they would take care of me. They ended up doing an outstanding job for me, the wife is very happy as well. They also do exterior painting and I'm considering hiring them for that.

I had a good experience with Apex. Took them a bit longer than expected to get out and complete my job, but this was due to a very rainy spring so I can not fault them for that. Once they were on my job everything went great, Craig and Trevor completed my job in a timely manner and did a great job protecting all of my expensive landscape.

The Apex team did an amazing job refinishing my deck and cleaning my patio! Had a family party a week after they finished the job and everyone was complementing how amazing both the deck and patio looked. Will continue to use Apex and recommend them to friends and family!

Joe was out quickly once i called for an estimate. His crew did what he promised they would. Deck looks fantastic and i would use them again if needed.
