Archadeck of Southwest GTA Ontario

We used Archadeck of Southwest GTA Ontario for our backyard project, and it turned out amazing! Saba and Ali were extremely particular about the look and feel of the backyard project, and they pay attention to the details, it’s as though they are building for their own backyard. That’s how much they care about you as a customer. They would come on site to make sure everything was going according to plans. I heavily relied on their expertise, as sometimes I was unsure of some stuff. They definitely know their stuff!! Our side lawn got ruined during the excavation phase, and they came 3 times to fix it to our liking. They wanted to make sure we were satisfied.

Archadeck is a great company. I would recommend them to anyone. Ali and Saba were great to work with. Professional, creative and caring. They listened to all our concerns and wishes and delivered an excellent deck for a fair price. The crew worked hard and did an amazing job. We love our new deck and we would recommend them to others. Thanks to the Archdeck team we have now an awesome deck. Its been actually almost 2years nowand I admit the review was unintentionally delayed. I still would like to write it coz they deserve the nice words. The process in general went easy including the design and the building of the deck. The main contractors (Saba & Ali) were always prompt & professional, so as their staff and workers. There was slight delay but it was fine, no major complaints. Highly recommended and I’d hire them again if i need a new job done.

At first we were sceptical but as we made up our mind to go ahead with refurbishing our deck, it was joy all the way to the end. Our deck was 22 years old and the timber started disintegrating every time we walked on. With advice from Siba and Ali to go synthetic, we went ahead and the product was shear beauty and the workmanship was impeccable and hats off to the crew. The level of details and renderings to the last screw and lighting reflected true professionalism. We are so happy with our porch and deck built by Archadeck. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and owners Saba and Ali go out is their way to ensure the final result is excellent. Working with them was a pleasant experience from the start of planning to the finished product. Their detailed 3D plans are so helpful to visualize the project. From the beginning to the very end of our backyard project, Ali and Saba listened to us and treated this project like their own. They skillfully conceptualized our vision and created a 3D design. The design suggestions were excellent and unique. There were construction delays but they found solutions and finished our project on time. Saba and Ali took care of us right from our initial inquiry. Saba took us to see different examples of their work and was very quick to respond to us when asking various questions. They stood out amongst the competition. They were able to take care of all our requirements including gas, plumbing, electrical and stonework as well as the deck. Their attention to detail, quality of work and communication were excellent. Our deck was only a small project for them but the effort they put into it was just as important as a larger project. The deck was completed one week late due to inclement weather but everything was completed as per the revised schedule. We would definitely recommend Saba and Ali, and Archadeck. Update May 2021: Nearly 4 years later, and the deck looks as beautiful today as when it was installed.

I had been looking for someone to renovate my second floor balcony for at least three years. Everyone that came, never seemed really interested, and we never heard from them again. My daughter received an advertisement from Archadeck in her area, so I called, thinking this was probably going to be like all the rest. I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only were they very professional, but actually brought samples of the type of products they use. After giving them a sketch, of what I wanted, they said they could do a drawing to scale on the computer. I explained that I was very "picky", and details were important to me. Their reply was that they are both architects, and they too, were detail people. From that point on, I had a good feeling that we could work well together. I was assigned a "team", who were very nice and respectful as well. The carpenter was excellent, as was the painter. Good tradesmen are hard to find. No shortcuts were taken. Ali was on site every day, watching, explaining, and overseeing the project, as he said he would be in case any problems arose, or changes had to be made. We did make a couple of cosmetic changes, which they bent over backwards to make us happy, and do. It seemed as if it was their own house they were working on. Their aim was to make us happy, nothing was too much trouble. As the time passed, I can honestly say a trust was built with Ali and Saba. They were on top of every detail. They were taking care of everything just the way I would. I never felt the need to make a phone call to followup on anything. The lines of communication were always open, keeping me informed. The project is now complete, and my deck is just beautiful, exactly as I wanted. I feel that not to many people can say that it has been a pleasure dealing with contractors. Good ones are really hard to find. I feel I have found "Gold", in Ali and Saba. They are a cut above the rest! I would not hesitate to use them in future projects.

We recently contracted Archadeck to have our patio and pilers remodelled. Saba and Ali did a great job guiding us through the process and provided different designs to chose from. They tirelessly brought stone samples and took us around to see suppliers for materials to ensure we select the right combination of stones and other material. You can tell that they are both passionate about what they do. The workmanship was just as great as the design and the results speak for themselves.
