Architectural Concrete Design

The ACD team was great to deal with. They were professional, flexible, and reliable. Their team met every milestone throughout our project as promised. Steve was great with offering multiple design options and advice. Our project consisted of renovating and expanding the existing pool deck and front walk. We would absolutely use them in the future.

These guys are awesome. Super professional and really know what they are doing. Our sales guy Steve Groch was extremely knowledgeable. In fact, to our surprise he provided us with two renderings of what the walkway would look like so we could choose one. No other competitor I contacted did this. He also had some great ideas as well. I told him I wanted a little space for my wife to place some plants and he worked it into the design beautifully. Another thing Steve did was when they came to excavate they accidentally cut thru a Verizon line. Steve called me and advised of situation and then took it upon himself to contact Verizon to come down and make the fix. That's problem solving. They provided a booklet on the different stages that would occur (i.e excavating, pour, etc.) and the scheduling from the main office was flawless. I even had the opportunity to meet some of the different guys for each step and all were very professional and knowledgeable. The job was competitively priced as I secured several estimates from about 3-other contractors. The price, service, quality, and organization were all excellent. This was one of the better improvements to my home I have made and ACD was an excellent excellent choice. Visitors who are aware of my walkway before comment on how beautiful and improved it looks now. Great job ACD, Chris, and Steve. This review was well deserved!

We had such a wonderful experience working with them! From start to finish, everything was done so professionally in a timely manner. Even when we had a problem with the slippery surface, they came out right away and fixed it free of charge. We cannot say enough about how thrilled we are with our new patio and front walkway.

Very easy process to engage; great execution of the job and always on time. For the next project I'd hire ACD again.
